Hiya guys...
Sorry I haven't been round here much lately as I have been busy reading up on my free food and new mushroom books. Just through reading these books, I am really looking forward to season so I can get out and get hunting again. I am just curious as to which edible species have been seen at this point in the year by any people here...I need to get out again...

Good to see you back There's still plenty of Oyster, Jews Ear and a few Wood Blewits at Longshaw / Clumber ... and not too long to wait for St Georges and Morels to appear.

I think I might go for an adventure with my basket on sunday! Have to say though....I am really looking forward to looking for Morels as I haven't hunted these much sought after little beauties before...
It's all very exciting!!!
