Your fungus is possibly the distinctly inedible!! Cellar Cup - Peziza cerea.
NB: WAB operates a policy of non-discussion regarding the edibility or otherwise of fungi.
You will probably get away with it this time, this being your first post on WAB, but you should really read the "sticky" threads at the top of the fungi forum page, before considering any further posts.
