unfortunately I should revise you back to the lichen forum, because in my opinion it IS a lichen. May be it is just sori, but I have no experience with lichens at all, to be honest.
As for the answer in the lichen forum regarding Schizoporaceae: It is definitely not a Schizoporaceae, which should have pores or a similar fruit layer.
