Herald of Winter?

The best guestimate I have for this is the Herald of Winter.

A small cluster of them growing near pine trees, the largest (photo) about 5cm cap and 7cm tall. The cap is dark chestnut brown and slimey. The gills are pale lemon yellow with a mushroom odour (not anything distinctive). The stipe was a darker canary yellow and fibrous to hollow inside. Too early for a spore print just yet.
