Flammulina/Collybia velutipes?
Found two smallish specimens growing side by side from a dead elder but didn't have my camera with me so brought one backfor examination. The cap was tacky rather than slimy and the stipe was noticeably dark in comparison to the rest of the fruit body. Cap measured 20mm across and the stipe measured 11mm long by 2mm wide.

Don't worry that happens to all of us. I have just read about the changes to Chlorophylum so when do we start using the new names
