3 for ID from Gower sand dunes, please.

Oh dear - they let me out again!
Out walking with in-laws and their pack of unruly dogs at Oxwich Burrows on the Gower peninsula in South Wales on Monday 18th October. It had previously been fairly dry I believe, and there had been a ground frost overnight on 16th/17th, both of which will have had some effect on the state of the fungi I found. All were rather dry and sort of almost mummified; all growing in the stabilised dune-slack area behind the main beach-bordering dunes.

The first I reckon is an Inocybe but I'm not too sure even about that.




These next I'm afraid I haven't a clue about - the stipe broke when I picked it so I didn't manage to get the base up out of the ground and I think the gills were adnexed but can't honestly remember for certain. Cortinarius??




The last one was dried up before it had even opened and there were no others in the vicinity that I could see other than a few bits of dried up tea-plate-sized cap detached from any stipe and mostly eaten away, and they may not have been the same species anyway, they were that far gone! This one has free gills and I thought some sort of Agaricus? There was no apparent colour change or staining when I cut it. It did, however, have a big swollen base to the stipe if that helps?



Any ideas/thoughts as to ID welcome - and yes, I know I should probably have ignored the lot of 'em!

I've found an agaricus species similar to the scaly wood mushroom in dunes, always near rabbit burrows. The flesh stains blood red on cutting. Your third looks like a dried out horse mushroom, which I have also found behind dunes. Was there an aniseed smell ?

I'm not very good on smells at the best of times and all I can remember is that it was "not mushroomy", but I wasn't aware of aniseed or anything else particularly. Which means very little with my sense of smell - I can recognise "pleasant", "nasty" and ! Then again, I was cold and fed up and being called (as if I couldn't find my way back to the car park on my own ) so

Any more views, anybody, pretty please?

Or should I just consign the photos to the "Pretend I never saw it" folder?!

I kind of gather that the first two are pretty damned tough without a microscope anyway.

I have my first foray onto sand dunes in a couple of weeks, I cant wait so thanks for prompting me to read up ahead of the day

Yes, only I'm not even certain these are those species to start with - they were just my guesses!
