Hi All,
I found this mushroom a few days ago on soil with some leaf litter. It has a whitish spore print. The cap is about 13/14 cm across, which would maybe be a bit to wide for a Soapy Knight? What does anyone else think?

It does look similar to one of my recent finds, Assistance with garden fungi please. Very similar habitat. Nick Cantle opined Melanoleuca. I had considered Tricholoma saponaceum and with that in mind I tried for the soapy smell test and thought that it did indeed smell soapy. However; smells are very subjective and its possible that I was influenced by prior knowledge of soapy knight.

I would suspect superannuated Clitocybe nebularis

From where I am, lying in the dirt, looking up, this reminds me more of Melanoleuca.
