Possibly Useful Source for ID Keys
Just stumbled upon this index, which has links to a large number of both online & downloadable ID keys: -

Pacific Northwest Key Council mycology keys for mushrooms

Whilst orientated towards Pacific North West species, a quick browse through a couple of the keys confirms that many of our British/European species are also included.

Might be of some use.

Looks alright Mike for a select few species. Trouble is, as you say, the majority of the species are American (just try and key out an Amanita on there) and I fear that this may confuse people.
