Horn of Plenty?

Hi all:

I found this fungus in the church yard of my local school. I assume the dark ones are old ones of the same species? They look like Horn of Plenty. The smaller ones were about 5 x 5cm, the larger ones, if the same, were about 8cm.

Any ideas?

I am not sure what you have got (it needs more information) but it is not the 'Horn of Plenty' If you do a search on Google images for Craterellus cornucopioides (Horn of Plenty) you will see your specimens are nothing like it!

The second images are of a Lactarius species

Yes, I see that now. I suppose the first image is not too clear and the fruit body is a bit old and degraded making it harder to identify.

Any suggestions for the lactarius in the second image? There are some delisiousus in the same vicinity. Could it be Fluens.
