# on the ground in mixed deciduous woodland
# size of cap: approximately 2cm diameter
# location: Fife, near the coast
# date recorded: 7 October 2010
I will submit more info/photos if possible. I hadthought possibly Mycena pura, the lilac bell cap?

Thanks Nick. Certainly had a faint radish/turnip smell, but also quite earthy (unsurprisingly perhaps). The woodland is predominantly sycamore, but there was one beech tree about 6m away from where this fungus was growing amongst the leaf litter.
