| | | Clouded agaric? Can anyone confirm my provisional id of these fungi, please.
Growing in a mixed woodland in Yorkshire. They were in a group - possibly a circle but with a dense undergrowth most would have been hidden.

see line 7 of the sheet I sent you. I haven't been there for a couple of weeks but usually a huge ring 15+ meters diameter

The wood was Thorp Perrow Arboretum, near Bedale. Sorry I forgot to say on my last post.

is it related to fly agaric? or is he just messing with us ? |

Christine | I'll second that... he actually eats quite a lot of , what i term odd food.
But it's probably true country food as opposed to my upbringing of supermarket interpretation of <country> food |

Note the species has been listed as edible but t is now generally considered better to be avoided."
