2 Species for ID please :-)
Both found in Lathkill Dale today....

2. These were at various stages of growth/decay, with a few fresh ones poking their way up through a pile of wood chippings.....

Hi, No. 2 looks like Hare's Foot Inkcap - Coprinus lagopus.

The first looks like a Psathyrella but I'm not sure which

Is it right that there are around 400 species of Psathyrella??

yes - worldwide . . . . slightly under 100 in Britain (I think)
