top one is a Leccinum - which narrows it down a bit!
third one - you should actually have some sort of an idea by now (he said in his best / worst schoolmasterish voice) - look at those forking gills! (don't say that aloud when the vicar is round for tea ) - its Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca, false chanterelle
fourth one - if you were thinking Suillus grevillei you wouldn't be embarassing yourself (I'm assuming there was larch in this "pine forest")
fifth one is something always to bear in mind in coniferous woodland - that combination of pink and yellow - it's Tricholomopsis rutilans, plums-and-custard
last one could possibly be a Hebeloma - in which case 'nuff said!
cheers
Chris

| | | Re: pine forrest fungi for id please Good point chris totally agree. The books i have are not that old but already some of the names have changed even some of the scientific ones have been reclassified . As you are painfully aware i'm pretty bad at id so I cheat and ask you experts. then i look them up on the wab website a to z and then compare pictures with the very usefull Gallery ones. regards tn
