Is this Conifer Mazegill ?
I found this fungus on this tree and wondered if it was Conifer Mazegill.



This one was low down at the base of the tree.



And this one slightly higher.



If this is mazegill how harmful is it to the tree?

With that yellow edge I would be more inclined to go for Paeolus schweinitzii.
