help ID'ing these please
think this one is a young shaggy parasol ?? maybe (sorry about pic only had phone )



and this one is maybe Jews Ear Fungi (Auricularia auricula-judae)

top one I think is more likely Chlorophyllum brunneum . . . . bottom one quite correct

so what is it about the top one that leads you to Chlorophyllum brunneum.
