A clump of about 5, all roughly the same size, the largest of them was 80mm high x 90mm wide

Found under Scots Pine, Oak & Beech in old Marl Pits on the New Forest

I think they are a difficult group needing microscopy. This links to a key (of Ramaria in Fennoscandia), which is based on microscopic details but gives good details and pictures, so may be of a little help.

Nearly forgot about this. Spoke to a local mushroom expert a few weeks ago about it & its in exactly the same place as one he found a few years ago - Ramaria pallida.
