| | | Sparassis? Found this growing alongside a hedgerow today.
I think it's a Sparassis crispa rather than Clavulina since it's all in a big lump. Had a look at the Ramarias as well but none of them seemed to fit.
Can anyone confirm?

Had another look at the Clavulinas in my Rogers and it looks a bit like coralloides or rugosa but too difficult to say. How do you tell the difference between these and Sparassis, is it because Sparassis should all come from the same stem, like a cauliflower?

These have 'branches' that stick upright like coral whereas Sparassis is just a lump.
