| | | Big Mushroom I am sure this is a common mushroom, its about 6 inches across smells very fresh. I have no idea whats its called though.  |

| | | Re: Big Mushroom Looks like Agaricus sp. Greyish white cap, chocolate brown gills... Does it have a ring close to the cap? Does it turn to bright yellow when bruised on the cap or on the root? Does it have a medicine-like smell that makes you feel like you are in hospital? Or does it turn to reddish brown when cut or bruised? How do you describe its smell? Did you take a spore print? Does the stem come out of the cap easily? Where did you find it? What kinds of plants were there around it?
