Looks like a Coprinus species. Was it growing from a stump or buried wood?

The fungi I found are growing at the very bottom of the garden where I don't mow the grass. There are no trees or stumps nearby. There are about 5 of this type growing. |

One mushroom alone doesn't hold the characteristics of the genus!
