Fungi Europaei 9 gives stem dimensions of 1.5-10 x 0.3-1 cm so this would probably encompass your range. Cap can be 3-8 cm. The gills on your specimens also seem to be attached by a slight tooth, rather than completely free. But this seems to be within the variability of the species ('lames libres a sublibres' according to Fungi Europaei).
