When I look at the photo there appear to be scabers at the top of the stem, not a fishnetted appearance (reticulum) as in B edulis.
It looks like Leccinum to me. Need a better close up of the stem where it joins the cap. |

I'm absolutely certain that there's enough information to go on here to identify this  Having spent the last two weeks in amongst hundreds of B. edulis, you get a 'feel' for what its characteristics are. |
