parasol mushroom ? and another for id please

I am having some difficulty with identification of parasol mushrooms .Apart from having some with almost double looking stipes last week ,this one today was very brown in colour.I found some much larger that had fully opened with age a few weeks back that were a creamy colour ,i dont think the colour could be age related as the mushroom today was still not fully spread open if you get my meaning . 120mm stipe 100mm cap.
The second photo/fungi was near a fallen tree in a field,appeared to be growing from soil although there was some dead fallen branches nearby.Around 100mm caps.

First image does look like parasol. I've always come across them in close cropped open grassland. No expert, so wait for more reply's :-)

The first is certainly M. procera but the discolouration looks like a mixture of dehydration and age. If the fruitbody isn't hydrated to a sufficient level, growth can be stunted or halted completely, leaving the specimen to age in its 'frozen' state.
