Unidentified fungus found in Birch and Oak woodland

This is todays find, I am struggling here and I need your trusty assistance, I am sure that yellow flush at the top of the stem is significant, but despite lots of hunting I can't find it mentioned anywhere....

Try Suillus bovinus. Under pine. Large groups around here at the moment. Was there a lone pine amongst the birch and oak?

Thanks Mel, Not aware of any pine in the area but will check again tomorrow, also the tubes in this specimen are tiny.... no sticky covering either, in fact more dry and leather'y, not one I am familure with so I am probably not too clear about variations which I know can occur with different weather conditions. At least I did spot that is was not a Boletus
