Unidentified large parasol fungus
Hello, I'm new to the mushroom spotting game, so sorry if I'm being dim.

I found a small colony of these parasol shaped mushrooms on campus today, underneath a birch tree in light woodland. Caps from 10 to 13cm. I was thinking parasol mushroom or shaggy cap, but they don't look quite right for either, and the ring disintegrated easily but did not slide easily. Stains brown slightly after cutting.

Any other ideas / better idents?

Hi Welcome to WAB.
With no striping on the stem and the colour change you are right with the Shaggy Parasol Chlorophyllum rhacodes (Lepiota r).
