Hi Nick,
I've been looking at fungi for about two years, and I'm still a complete novice.

, so don't take this as read.
Your first does look somewhat different to the
P.semiovatus that I've been seeing, in that it is much "creamier" in colour, and quite tall & spindly in relation to its cap size. I've never seen one with the out-turned margin, and the ring seems much lower than I've seen on these.
Having said that, there does appear to be some evidence of black spores on the stipe just below the cap, and I can't think of any better possibility, so I assume that it is within the range of variability for that species.
Your second look like a fairly short
Amanita fulva - Tawny Grisette. (It looks too light in colour for
A.vaginata, and doesn't look orange enough to me for
A.crocea). I suspect there would have been additional stipe length, hidden by the grass or actually within the substrate, and there would have been the very recognisable "volva" at the stipe base.
Regards,
Mike.
