ID please
One of the willow trees in the garden is rotting away quite quickly. The trunk has thousands of woodlice and other borers, and is much loved by our local woodpeckers.

I found this on Friday evening, and have no idea what it is. Saturday it was brown, and by this morning it had gone.





please help!
