Hello,
Just squeezing this one in before I have to get back to work!
I found this one a while ago and I didn't have anything to wrote notes on, so I know I'm possibly not going to get far! It stood out to me as being quite an interesting little thing. No larger than 2-3" across by 1.5" tall. No notable smell and I did pop it in my pot, but by the time I remembered it was there and had the 'scope to hand, it had gone all gooey

Anyways, it may just be distinctive enough for someone to nail straight away! Before someone suggests it, it's not a Wrinkled Peach

Totally wrong, firm texture as opposed to the almost jelly-like texture of
R. palmatus!
Here goes;
Underside and odd gills!
If there's a possibility that it may be significant, I could go back there and try and find the stump and ID the wood, of that'd help!
Sorry for the vague info, but thought it was worth a shot!
Ta!
Nick
