I found quite a few of these
Inocybe in fixed sand dunes, with Marram. I can't say that I saw any dwarf Salix there, but if so then it was very dwarf

. They were in the stretch before grazing starts, but where it was fairly grassy/herby, but still with Marram in the mix.

Pure white gills that remain pretty much white , going slightly creamish. Stem slightly bulbous at base. Stem and cap goes slightly ochre or reddish with handling. Smell faint garibaldi biscuity
Spores seem to be a very pale brown. In water they looked almost angular, a bit irregular, but when put in Melzers they looked smoother. Spores dextrinoid.

in water

in Melzers
(10.9) 12.1-14.4 (15.70 x (4.9) 5.3-6.3 (6.8) um Qav 2.3
Cheilocystidia clavate. No fancy pleurocystidia.
Basidia 4 sp.
Veil cortina-like, white.
I've used the key in Funga Nordica and
Inocybe arenicola might be a possibility, though my spores are a bit narrower than quoted. I've also looked through the list of Inocybe Maurice Rotheroe found in dunes, but haven't been able to check them all, and some I haven't found pictures of. The white gills should help narrow it down.
So suggestions welcome.
Cheers
