More fungi for I.D.

Found this on the floor of mixed woodland.

This was found on the base of a recently fallen tree (ash I think). I believe it is well past its' sell by date. The underside felt very rubbery.

Any help on I.D. would be appreciated.

first one looks very like either Chlorophyllum rhacodes (= Lepiota rhacodes = Macrolepiota rhacodes); or Chlorophyllum brunneum (= Macrolepiota rhacodes var. hortensis)

second one I think is a Ganoderma . . . . probably applanatum (but I always check the spores)

As Chris says there are only two ways of telling which species of Ganoderma you have the first is spores but the second (which I don't use in living specimens) is to break/cut off a piece and check the internal structure. In G austale each years tubes grow on the previous years. In G applanatum there is a sterile layer between each new years growth.
