There are lots of 'Bioluminescent Fungi', mainly belonging to the Tricholomataceae family. Worldwide, most are in the genus Mycena.
The rhizomorphs / Mycelium associated with certain Armillaria species are probably the most common in the UK.
I'm sure others will have more information on this 'feature'
