All these were collected in one day over the weekend, lots of ID practice for me, lets see how I got on.....
OK, First we have what I belive to be boletus-luridiformis, whole bunch of these under Oak.....

Next is Marcolepiota-rhacodes, I am pretty sure about this one, there is an amazing ring of at least 50 of these around a huge old Ash tree, lovely sight...
This is Latarius for sure, and I am having a stab at l.quietus but not 100%

Now for xerula radicata, again quite confident here, and quite pleased although this seems to be common a first for me, proudly standing at the base of a young beech tree....quite hard to pull up too.

There's more... another boletus, I am thinking chrysenteron or poroporus but not sure, these specimens were quite old.

Not finished yet, I bet your enjoying this thread, agaricus, and to be honest not sure which, I know this is minefeild, so I am guessing at a.silvicola or a.silvaticus, definite red blush when cut, only thing I wasn't sure about is the young cap looks smokey grey which didn't seem to fit.

Now for, drum roll please........ macrolepiota procera, I know common as muck for you experts out there but a great sight and a nice find for me....

And last of all I would like to share my fungi montage with you, these were all from that same day, I haven't listed them all here but though you would like to see the full extent of my days work.......
Thanks as ever, Stewart
