| | ID for three fungi please? First of all this - two shots of the same one at different angles and a smaller one growing nearby. Found in meadowland, was sticky to touch, a putrid smell and the yellow spores went flying in all directions when touched with a stick Larger sized one is 10-12cm in diameter.
Nearby was this which I pulled out of the soil to see the gills
and last of all, I found this on a young oak tree in scrub/meadowland. I thought it was orange peel fungus until I read that it only grows on the ground.
Thanks in advance

| | | Re: ID for three fungi please? A Bolete covered in Apiocrea chrysosperma methinks (or is it still Hypomyces chrysosperma).
Blackening Waxcap - Hygrocybe nigrescens
Yellow Brain Fungus - Tremella aurantia if growing on another fungus (stereum) or Tremella mesenterica if growing on Peniophora. Keep watching the branch and see what other fungus sprout from it and an answer to this one will be had.

| | | Re: ID for three fungi please? Thanks - and fascinating about the first
Re the second, I felt it was a wax cap but couldn't figure which one
Re the third, a friend had suggested Yellow brain fungus but will do as suggested as there's also a grey lichen growing on the branch and I know even less about lichens
Cheers!
