hi - and welcome to WAB
you will understand that naming a fungus from a photograph can be a tricky business, and your image is somewhat grainy, plus the fruitbodies look a little old . . .
all that said I would suggest (and this is
not a definite ID) that we are looking at something very close to, if not actually
Leucocoprinus cepistipes, an agaric which with us is chiefly an inhabitant of greenhouses etc.
compare yours with:
Leucocoprinus cepistipes / Lépiote pied d'oignon on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
for example . . . . key features are the 'sulcate' (ribbed) cap with a somewhat darker centre, the pale gills and the distinctive ring on the stem of each of your specimens - plus the habitat, of course
and to answer your last question, just leave them: they are growing happily with your plant and it with them, just adding to the mini-ecosystem; these are not harmful in any way - and picking the fruit-bodies would have no effect on the 'business end' of the fungus (growing happily in the compost) in any case
hope that helps
cheers
Chris
