| | | 3 fungi IDs requested :) I am struggling with identifying these Fungi. I have found a few types that look similar to the top 2 but cannot get a positive ID. I have found nothing like the last one so not even sure its Fungi.
Seen in the Brecon Beacons on an Oak tree.
This was dryish so I'm assuming its maybe dead now? Seen in Gloucestershire.
Seen in the Forest of Dean in Pine woodland. Not even sure this is a Fungus, I've never seen anything like it before! Felt papery to the touch. |

| | | Re: 3 fungi IDs requested :) hi - and welcome to the Fungus Forum
top one - not really enough info (for me at least!) to offer a sensible opinion
middle one is dried out Auricularia auricula-judae (jew's ear) - not dead, it will revive in wet weather
bottom one is a very old (hence 'papery') puffball - Lycoperdon sp. but too gone over to say which (this one definitely will not revive )
cheers
Chris
