| | | One for ID please Found yesterday in grass at the side of a path alongside mixed woodland. The largest was about 7/8 cm across, and chunky. The one I brought home was immature, and I've failed to get a spore print. It has darkened considerably overnight.
It was very viscid, and it has a tough gelatinous cap cuticle. |

This is either Russula foetens or R. subfoetens if with Pine nearby the former, if Oak then the latter.
