I'm not getting anywhere with Inocybe for the first - but then my available information is limited to what I can see macroscopically.
I originally thought that the stipes had a "
Melanoleuca-ish" look about them, but the gills/colouration definitely don't.
Although I think that the rather "spotty/mottled" appearance of the gills might be a diagnostic feature towards whatever they are.
You've put me on the right track with the second, and I'm pretty happy that these will be
Tubaria furfuracea (which I have previously found in the same area).
It was the general appearance of the cap that was throwing me off the scent, as they've always been fairly damp when I've previously seen them, being more of a mid-brown colour, and with definite striated cap.
However, having done some more searching, I understand that they do tend to have this pale / non-striate & scurfy appearance when they are drier.
