This tiny pure white specimen still remains un-named. Clitocybe phyllophila is my guess.

Hi

You're right that it's one of the dangerously poisonous small white clitocybes in the C. dealbata-phyllophila etc. complex. The various closely related small white clitocybes are differently interpreted in the literature and, even if you follow one and the same author, distinction is very hard to impossible based on macroscopic characters alone. So, it could be what you suspected, but, instinctively, I'd rather opt for C. dealbata.

Also borne out by the acentric nature of the stipe. Once again thank you for taking the time and trouble to supply such an informative response Angelos.
