| | | Peziza ID I found lots of these Peziza-type fungi today growing under a Plum-yew in Chelsea Physic Garden. I would appreciate any ID help though I know these aren't the easiest things to ID from a photo, but maybe this species is distinctive

bless . . . .  - you could possibly have two species there for a start; unfortunately you need to check micro-characters - but Peziza yes
did you collect any? (that reminds me I've got a specimen from Monkey Orchid I need to have a look at  )

I was fairly sure that it/they would be unidentifiable and no I didn't collect any. I did wonder if there were two species but as they were growing today I decided they were probably different stages of growth.
