| | | ID Barkspot? Polypore and Leaf fungus/mould/spot? I think this is Diatrype disciformis but not sure. Found amongst beech/birch but there were also a few small oak in the area.
Pretty sure this is Polyporus brumalis found on fallen birch log
This just caught my eye because of the ever increasing growth pattern. Just interested if this can be identified as a fungus or whatever.
Many thanks, JohnB |

Mal | Thanks Mal
I found a British leafminer site as a result so another bit of knowledge tucked away.

Many thanks, JohnB | hi
the top one is a Diatrypella - that looks like oak it's on, in that case it would be Diatrypella quercina, substrate is important in this genus
the leaf-mine looks to be on bramble? in which case it would be most likely the very common Stigmella aurella, a micro-moth
cheers
Chris
