Help with ID

Hi,
Two species of unidentified fungi which will possibly remain unidentified as they are very much past their prime The first species was discovered within grassland area, cap size approx 2cm; pale yellow colour though this is possibly washed out. Pores are evident and stem is very rubbery. I wondered whether this could be Polyporus ciliatus?





The second species was growing in a small knot of soil on a hawthorn. Cap size approx 3cm. The stem resembled Flammulina though all other characteristics appear distinct.

I think the first is Polyporus varius (P. leptocephalus), the 2nd is Mycena galericulata.
