I hate admitting Im wrong! lol

ive seen several (during wet periods, maybe adding to the colouration?) ganodermas probably Apllanatums showing distinctly redish lackered appearance so given some more experience in the field, and the braoder attachment of hetero, this is probably (yeah alright!) most likley applanatum!

Just thought Id bump it and allow myself the indignity of being wrong!
