I hate crusts, but here goes:
1.
D. stigma or even
Biscogniauxia nummularia - they both look the same to me.
2. Yup, I think a
Hypoxylon too, maybe
multiforme, but this is supposed to be confined to Birch I think.
3. Looks like the wood is Oak which would make this
Stereum gausapatum.
4. I couldn't decide if this was
Radulomyces molaris or
Steccherinum ochraceum - I'm going for the later because I have never seen
R.molaris produce these 'pileate' forms (semi-bracket shaped) before.
5. Definitely fungal, but I have looked in Ellis & Ellis and FoS Vol 1 and although I can see something similar, there is nothing like this for Laurel or Willow hosts. (But I bet Andreas knows)
