Unknown on grass & litter

Found, during a snowy foray with FungiJohn, under a fallen conifer trunk and covering grass and litter. At first glance it does appears to have pores, but it doesn't look like a polypore.

Your guidance appreciated.

So it is a Polyporales then. Thanks John, the substrate and coniferous association misguided me. I must listen more closely in the field.

If you listen to your note taker it’s probably recorded as Phlegm terrier

How odd that it is fruiting on pine needles and grass... I think P. tremellosa prefers actual wood substrate, especially hardwoods. Weird to see it on conifer needles!

The wrinkly pores are quite distinctive. Nice find.
