Unidentified ORANGE fungi - please help

I've used WAM, Rogers Mushrooms and Mycokey to try to identify these orange fungi. Being orange, one would expect the answers to come up quite readily yet it's frustrating the hell out of me. Can you help please?
1. This was spotted high up on a tree branch well out of reach so I used the zoom on my digi camera. That's about all I can say on this one

2. Growing on an old pine log in open grassland and appears to have a missing stipe - approx 35mm in diameter but some decaying ones were bigger

3. Growing mixed woodland - picture of stipe and lamellae available approx 30mm dia

Hi Steve,

No 1. Too small to be sure "That's all I can say on this one"
No 2 & 3. Both look to be Gymnopilus penetrans or hybridus or something along those lines.
No 4. Try Collybia dryophilla or something similar.

Thanks for that Neil. Did you spot I typed WAM instead of WAB but I suppose that could be abreviated for 'Wild About Mushrooms'.
