Mushroom book recommendations

Being new to mycology I have little avilable to me in the way of reference guides, I started with RCH No1. by John Wright, and followed the recommnedation in there and have brought Roger Phillips fantastic book, 'Mushrooms', now I have heard about the 6 volumes of 'The Fungi of Switzerland', but I am not in a position to fork out that much money quite yet, so please could anyone suggest other good reference or general guides about fungi, mushrooms and the like........

Jordan and the new Collins book are great for starters - I combine them with Roger Phillips online reference ... Rogers Mushrooms | Mushroom Pictures & Mushroom Reference
and here, of course which is a superb source of information and reference.
