Edit. You also have the very rare yellowish Amanita ovoidea growing on the IoW.
This was found under Quercus ilex, but yours isn't this.

| | | Re: ID confirmation, please? Cheers Neil, this was growing about 25 feet away from some Fly Agaric & some 9 feet away from some Blushers...mixed woodland, sandy soil fairly dry despite the inclement weather of late.
