Appreciate your time and trouble.
I also apologise for the presentation of these images but this is the first time I have attempted presenting multiple images.

I've only just realised who you are.
If I'd had realised earlier, I would have told you this afternoon that we would need to see the gill layout too, to get a better chance of an ID.
You going to come to the Xmas quiz ?

Sorry Brian,
I have just been told by our 'membership secretary' that you are NOT the Brian from our fungus group. I've always been hopeless on names.

Neil. | Please do not worry, my excuse would be old age but I do not know what yours is!!
You sound like a good mate.
Can you or any of your members help with the initial request for identifiucation of the fungi that I uploaded please?
Regards,
Brian.
PS Coincidentally my brother's name is Neil!!! |

| | | Re: Unidentified Fungi - Mystery Fungi Hello again Brian,
Too much going on in my head is my excuse !
Anyway, back to the photos - the pale one at middle top, may be a type of Mottlegill (Panaeolus), but it could also be a lot of other things, the top right is quite unusual and I don't have any idea.
Bottom left could be a Mycena or even a Cortinarius.
You will note that I am having difficulty even with the Genus, this is because we really need to see the underneath as well which may then show the stem shape and any markings or a ring, and the gill shape and colour, which in turn would allow us to work out what colour the spores are likely to be.
A sideways view would also allow us a better perspective of the whole fungus.
Even after providing all that, you may still have an answer saying it will need to go under a microscope to be examined in more detail.
Sorry I can't be of much more help.
