ID Please

Out walking with the camera along side a Yorkshire beck, my way was 'discouraged' by some guys harvesting some ducks in a shoot, i.e. they were shooting and I didn't want to get too close, I'm sure had I wanted to pass there would have been no problem, ANYWAY, i had cause to pause, as they say, and my interest was taken by the remains of a pretty big tree that must have been sawn down quite some time ago. Pretty much camoflaged amongst the leaf litter was this fungus. Unfortunately I didn't have a more appropriate lens to get closer, lower. I was taken by what seemed to be serated edges, but I guess this may be the function of some wear on the edges of the caps? It would be great if you could help with some sort of id. Thanks

This is a nice group of Mycena. It has an umbo so could be M arcangeliana but I think it is M inclinata which has a more yellow stem. Both of these can have caps darker than normal in these wet cold days of early winter.
