Possible Lepiota excoriata? ID help please

These fungus have recently sprung up on an Oxfordshire playing field. Inside the caps are fawn coloured gills. None have reached opening out stage before being decimated by animals. They smell faintly of mushroom. Apologies in advance if this is something very common as am new to this.

Seems there is a reluctance to reply here as this is a bit tricky, but I'm prepared to stick my neck out and say I think this is an Agaricus species and not a Lepiota.
I'm assuming you compared the photo in Phillips where this does indeed look very similar to the photo, but it is not that simple and you need to see a fully mature fungus to be more certain.

Someone will now come on and say yours is definitely a Lepiota, but too young to say which.

Many thanks for commenting Neil. I did, indeed, base my possible ID on Phillips photo. They didn't look like anything else in Phillips or Michael Jordan's encyclopedia. I'll have to keep a close watch on the patch and see if any make it to maturity! They seem pretty popular with the wildlife though.
