Looks very much like Crepidotus variabilis, (Variable Oysterling). to me.

this is a Crepidotus species, but which one is only to verify by microscope.

| | | Re: Parkhurst Forest id please.... #2 For years, people have been calling this small species Crepidotus variabilis, and sometimes they may be right, but C.cesatii looks exactly the same, and records are beginning to show that the latter is now probably more common in Britain.
Of course, that does not mean you now have to dismiss every small Crepidotus you see as C.cesatii, because as Andreas points out - under the microscope it must go !
